Herman Y. Li is Chairman of the C&L Restaurant Group, Inc., a franchisee of Burger King and Denny's in multiple states. Mr. Li is President of the Burger King Asian Franchisee Association and a member of the Diversity Action Council of the Burger King Corporation. He also serves as a Board member for Restaurant Services, Inc., a Burger King System Independent Purchasing and Distribution Service Co-op. Mr. Li is a member of the Committee of 100. We believe that Mr. Li's long and varied business career well qualifies him to serve on our Board.
